Description: Intact binding and pages. Bound in leather and marbled paper. Gilt title on spine. Significant shelf wear. Wavy pages yellowing with age. Bookplates inside front cover. Looks like a third bookplate must have fallen off end paper. Penciled in notes from previous bookseller. The large art print in the front has a tear out of the bottom corner, but it does not impact the artwork itself. Title page in black and red. Text in Latin and Greek inside the pages. All in all, it is a sturdy almost 290 year old book. They sure knew how to make them back then. Measures approximately 15.75x11x2.25.
